Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Poland visits Ministry of the Environment

Yerik Utembayev, Kazakhstani ambassador, visited Ministry of the Environment. After a welcome speech delivered by Janusz Zaleski, Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry, GreenEvo project was presented.
Kazakhstan is the 8th largest country in the world. Its economic structure is dominated by natural resources mining. Moreover, growing industrialisation and intensification in agriculture is the main cause of increasing environmental pollution.
Kazakhstani market is extremely interesting. Its potential in the area of environmental and climate protection is tremendous. Its green technology nmarket may seem a bit exotic, nonetheless it is very promising. Polish companies are most certainly able to expand to its key areas – says Agnieszka Kozłowska-Korbicz, Head of the GreenEvo project.
Until now, two GreenEvo missions to Kazakhstan took place. One of the GreenEvo Winners – ASKET company – sold its Biomasser Maxi-Multi bricketting. It was brought into operation in October 2012.
