The GreenEvo – Green Technology Accelerator program is run by the Ministry of Climate and Environment has been launched as a result of 14th UN Conference in 2009. Since then, nine editions of the program have been successfully organized. The jubilee 10th edition is currently underway.

Activities and effects of the GreenEvo – Green Technology Accelerator program

The GreenEvo – Green Technology Accelerator program aims to support foreign expansion of Polish companies in the field of green technologies. GreenEvo promotes their solutions and helps entrepreneurs to reach their national and foreign partners, strengthens the business activity of companies on the international arena.

Since the beginning of the program, 83 companies offering a total of 93 eco-friendly technologies have been selected and supported. There are currently 26 active companies in the program with a range of 34 solutions in areas related to environmental protection. Entrepreneurs supported by the GreenEvo program took part in almost 100 economic missions to over 70 countries all over the world.

Let us pay attention to the results achieved by Polish companies – the total number of contracts signed by the winners as a result of participation in the GreenEvo program is 261 contracts signed with foreign partners and 388 contracts concluded in Poland.

In the years 2019-2022, entrepreneurs included in the program signed over 100 contracts in Poland and 109 contracts with foreign contractors.

The GreenEvo technologies are solutions of guaranteed quality, that create positive ecological effects. They are often dedicated to deal with specific or complex environmental problems, but at the same time they are competitive in terms of price and efficiency.

Technologies has been verified by a group of independent experts and meets the necessary criteria for ecological efficiency, competitiveness, potential to be internationalized, are a modern, reproductible solution implemented on full technological scale.
